"Great Gifts, Good Service"
I recently ordered a gift basket from Harry and David for a friend’s birthday. The selection was impressive, and I appreciated the variety of options available. The checkout process was smooth, and I felt valued as a customer.

When my order arrived, it was beautifully packaged and well-received. My friend loved the treats, which made me happy.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that shipping took a bit longer than expected. Overall, a positive experience.

"Great service with a personal touch, minor delivery issues"
I recently ordered a gift basket from Harry & David for a friend’s birthday. The customer service team was incredibly empathetic when I called to ask about my order. They took the time to understand my concerns and reassured me that my gift would arrive on time.

Unfortunately, there was a slight delay in delivery, which was disappointing. However, the representative I spoke with was understanding and offered a small discount on my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.

Overall, I appreciate the care they put into their customer service. I will definitely order again, hoping for smoother delivery next time.

"Does not honor what is promised"

I have ordered from Harry and Davids for a couple years now.  This year  they have promised discounts 2 stseparate times and have NOT given what was promised.  

1st time,  was when I put in my order for 2 separate addresses (these addresses were the same as oil sent last year, so they were in the system and on my account). Mind you I ordered this before Thanksgiving to be delivered the week is Dec 16 t h-h-20th.  I had received a discount on there catalog and also one in an email.  I asked the girl,  do I get both discounts... 3 different times and she said yes,  and the guy who was helping her,  I am assuming a supervisor said yes as well.. I only received 1 of the discounts and it was not the discount I wanted if I had to choose.  I would not have been upset if they had just told from the beginning I only get one,  but I asked specifically 3 times and they said yes.

2  time Was today,  the order above was to be deliverdelivered by today Dec 20th. One was delivered and the other had not been even shipped out yet.  So I call and am on hold for over 20 minutes.  The guy looked up my account. Saw the order and asked me if I want to redeliver it... I said went do I need to redeliver it if it has not been sent or the first time.  So he said he can have it delivere  by Dec 22nd. I said I want to request a discount because they did not delivered my item when it was scheduled.  I told him,  he should be offering this without me requesting the it, because that would be good customer service.  He told me he would give me a 20% discount. I reluctantly said ok. So I go in my account.. the order has not been updated AND I have not received my 20% discount.  


I will NEVER order from this company again! Their customer service is terrible! I will give my money to another company!

"Awesome delivery and customer support"
I ordered a few gift baskets to send to different states ahead of Christmas. The online support team was super helpful and nice. The delivery arrived even sooner than I expected. My friends loved the gifts! I was a bit anxious after reading some bad reviews, but everything turned out great.

“The quality has always been high, so I paid a $#*!-ton for my mom's Christmas gift. Then they did not deliver for two months. She called the third--we will see if she finally gets something. Grr.”
